Fixed a collider bug in fire extinguisher room in tutorial (Found by BoogerFace)
Fixed game breaking bug: victim carrying bug when blasted by water extinguisher (Thanks to playtesters)
Reworked victim sound effects (Voiced by Lee Lien now)
